The wine route
Though our winery was founded in 1953, vines have been grown in our area for many centuries. Señorío de Sarría is located on the edge of the small town of Puente la Reina on the famous ‘Camino’ –the pilgrims’ route that leads to Santiago de Compostela. The soils and climatic conditions at the wine estate are ideal for the production of high quality wines, while the range of wines produced today represents a return to the estate’s origins and bears the proud and distinctive hallmark of the Señorío de Sarría.
